PARD Youth Running Program
Ages 6-12
Fee: $35
Equipment needed: Sneakers & water bottle
Thursday's April 23 -May 28 - 5:30 pm
6 weeks of training
The program will end with a 1-mile fun run event!

This program will focus on health, fitness and character- building.
Running is an extremely accessible sport, and promotes a healthy heart, healthy lungs, and strong muscles for youth. Running can even promote mental health and increase attention in school.
Parents are encouraged to participate.
