We value each players, coaches, umpires and spectators opinion when it comes to issues on the field. PYB/S Board members and/or an Umpire in Charge are frequently walking around the park monitoring situations or possible problematic issues but we are not able to see and witness everything. All on-field issues should be addressed to your respective Head Coach. Do not address the umpire yourself.
Possible violation of these policies must be witnessed by an umpire or PYB/S Board Member. If it is not witnesses by an umpire or PYB/S Board Member, please have your Head Coach contact the Umpire in Charge or a PYB/S Board Member or feel free to reach out to us at
[email protected] and we will look into any issues that are brought to our attention. We respect the right to remain anonymous if you wish to choose to but understand that if the issue needs further investigating, it may be difficult finding credible sources in those situations.
The PYB/S Board of Directors reserves the right to uphold and/or modify any ejections and/or suspensions upon an investigation.
Please be mindful that at the end of the day, these are just kids playing a game. The coaches and umpires are human and will make mistakes. Lets all work together to make this a wonderful and enjoyable experience for all players, officials and spectators alike.
